Replacement eligibility

Product eligibility

We want to ensure that every product reaches you in its original condition. If you receive a product that is incorrect, faulty, broken, or damaged, you are eligible for a free replacement.

Timeframe

All complaints must be raised within 30 days of delivery.

Replacement requests made within 7 days of delivery are completely free of charge. Requests made after 7 days may incur certain charges.


Replacement process

Step 1 — Initiate your request

To start a replacement, please send a video of the incorrect, faulty, or damaged product to our customer support team within the eligible timeframe. In many cases the issue is related to product usage, and our team may be able to guide you to a fix. If we confirm the product is indeed faulty, we will proceed with one of the following options:

Option A — Ship to us

Ship the product in its original packaging (including all accessories) to our warehouse:

Within 5 working days of receiving the returned item, we will ship your replacement free of charge.

Option B — We collect from you

We will schedule a pickup and replacement within 14 working days. Please have the product packed in its original packaging (including all accessories) ready for the courier.

Note( important)

We do not offer replacements for "change of mind" purchases.
